Do you sell genuine Nissan parts or oem equivalent?

Any Nissan part from our catalog is a Genuine Nissan or Nismo Part or Accessory. We do not sell knock-off or oem-equivalent parts. You can determine genuine Nissan parts from aftermarket performance parts or genuine Nismo parts by the manufacturer logo located on each product info page.

Are all the parts in the catalog for my vehicle available and in stock?

Well, yes and no. Our comprehensive catalog includes every genuine Nissan part in the production of your vehicle. Over time Nissan often replaces certain parts with newer parts or groups of pieces. Some parts become no longer available from Nissan, especially for vehicles with ended productions. In many cases, we will not know about availability or changes until there is an inquiry. Due to the large catalog we cannot keep every part in stock at all times, however you may still order them. In most cases, we can order the parts from our regional warehouse adding only 2 - 3 business days to shipping time. Some items require a 5 - 10 business day delay. If we do not have your item in stock, you will be contacted promptly. We will keep our website updated as information is made available to us.

Can I actually order large vehicle body parts from your catalog?

In short, yes. However, while the catalog provides complete references to any genuine Nissan part including large items such as body parts, shipping charges for large items or items with unusual dimensions as defined by our shipping carriers may exceed your expectations, perhaps even the price of the parts themselves. Currently our shopping cart is not equipped to calculate appropriate shipping for oversized products. If you have parts with unusual dimensions in your order, you will be contacted if the shipping quoted to you was insufficient and what the appropriate shipping costs and other options for your order.

Can I use my account login information from the old CourtesyParts.com website?

Unfortunately we were unable to transfer customer accounts from the old Courtesyparts.com website. We encourage all of our customers to create new accounts and begin enjoying a wide variety of benefits. The shopping cart availability indicator says my item is out of stock. Can I still order it?

Part Availability Indicator Explanation

 - Your items are in stock and ready to be shipped.
 - We are able to fulfill your order, however we are low on stock of your items and may experience delays if our inventory is wrong and we are out of stock.
 - We do not have enough on hand to fulfill your order at this time, however, your order will be shipped once we have receieved your parts from our regional warehouse and your order is complete. Or you may choose to split your order if some parts in stock now for an extra shipping cost.

When I click on a part, I am given several options. How do I know which one is mine?

All parts in our catalog have a detailed vehicle application description. A summary is displayed in the product listing. Simply compare your vehicle's production or model year with the part description. Be sure to check your trim color and model. You can find this information on the inside of the driver side door frame. If you are still unsure, feel free to contact us and we will guide you through the ordering process. If you would prefer we check your parts, please include your VIN number in the comments section of your order.

Are installation instructions, or installation mounting hardware included?

The majority of our parts are genuine Nissan vehicle parts usually for use by a dealership service shop, or for sale to automotive repair shops. With the exception of some accessories and options, the parts in our catalog will not come with any installation instructions or helpful diagrams. Any mounting hardware such as screws or clips are also not included unless specifically mentioned in the part description. Mounting hardware will need to be purchased separatly from our catalog. With this in mind, we do recommend professional installation for vehicle parts found in our catalog.

Why is my fuel filter called a STRAINER ASSY-FUEL and my air filter an ELEMENT ASSY-AIR?

Often times, Nissan uses different labels for parts than the more commonly recognized names you may have heard or use. Currently we are working towards making our catalog more consumer friendly for your shopping convenience.

How do I purchase parts that require core returns?

At the time of purchase, an extra core charge will be added to the cost of the part requiring a core return. Once we receive your returned core, we will refund the core charge via the same payment and method used to purchase the part from our website. When returning a core, the original Nissan packaging and materials must be used to be eligible for a full refund.
